Its 2 years today :)

As I watch Ramayan on NDTV Imagine, can't help but feel how unfair Rama was to Sita...all in the name of "Raj Dharma" :(

Life has definitely changed a lot since March 27...what with nappy changes, baby burps, hungry screams n 3 breaks in my hitherto uninterrupted beauty (!!!!) sleep :D

And...I am back!!!!!
after a month and half without internet...feels like returning to civilization :)

To me, all this while, the petitions, the protests, the signature campaigns to save the Nanda road, had attained a surreal aura...
maybe I was too snug in the belief that no one in their right minds would think of destroying the trees that gave it the authentic South Bangalore feel...trees that have just become a part of our lives...
or maybe I was too shocked...
but now, when I see the first signs of the Bengaluru Metro barricades dotting the Nanda Road and the road being dug up to lay the foundation for its pillars, its like being rudely awaken to harsh reality :(

Ring Ring Ringa...

Alka Yagnik and Ila Arun, sang together for the first time since Choli Ke Peeche, and guess what they come up with...a masterpiece like "Ring Ring Ringa".... :)
Alka Yagnik sounds amazingly ageless and Ila Arun...the song is tailor-made for her ;)

And then I bought a packet of Tata salt today, that had 03/09 as the Mfd date :)
